DESCRIPTION:Join us on Thursday\, June 26 from 6-9pm for the Poe Museum’s Pride UnHappy Hour! \n\n\n\nCelebrate Pride with a Summer Solstice Party at the Poe Museum! \n\n\n\nThe Summer Solstice marks the onset of summer\, taking place on the longest day of the year. It is thought to be a time of new beginnings and transformation. \n\n\n\n Give thanks to the sun and celebrate the beauty of Pride Month with live music from Flora & The Fauna\, plus a special drag show from local queen and king\, Melanin Monroe and Jocito! \n\n\n\nDon’t forget to bring cash to tip the performers – it’s bad luck to leave a drag show with cash left in your pockets! \n\n\n\nWe hope to see you there\, for a miserable time from six to nine… \n\n\n\n*** \n\n\n\nThis event is open to all ages. The Poe Museum will not serve alcohol to any individual under the age of 21.  \n\n\n\nExhibits remain open.  \n\n\n\nExtra parking available at the Holocaust Museum’s parking lot\, accessible by 21st or Dock St. \n\n\n\nEmail nicole@poemuseum.org for media inquiries or any additional information.
