Edgar Allan Poe may be known as the Master of the Macabre, but he considered himself to be primarily a poet. You may recognize the acclaimed verses from his poems “The Raven,” “Annabel Lee,” or “To Helen.”
Regional stage actor and Programs Coordinator of the Poe Museum Dean Knight will read a selection of Poe’s poetic works while inside the Enchanted Garden of the Poe Museum. The garden was created based on Poe’s poems, intended to bring Poe’s work to life.
This event is virtual. Tickets are free. All tips support the Poe Museum.
This virtual reading is hosted through Heygo.
